This site is best viewed in 1024 by 768 resolution. If the text content is smaller than you like, in IE7 you are able to adjust the text size. See below for instructions:
Click the Page Icon, highlight "Text Size" and select the size text you wish to see. If you want to change it for just this site, remember to repeat the steps and select your normal preference for text.
Windows XP has an On Screen Magnifier which will place a window above your browser, when you move your cursor over the page the magnified contents will show in that screen.
Click your start button (lower left hand side of your screen)
Highlight Accessories, then Acessibility then click Magnifier 
You will be able to select the level of magnification that you desire.
