Sen. Mark Norris, R-Collierville, chatted up Small Business Chamber members Tuesday at the group's monthly meeting at the Germantown Hilton.

In addition to a biz-related legislative update, the lawmaker gave his 2 cents about a possible special session (he wants one) and the overall ethics issue (an independent commission should be put in)
